A Note from Joy

I’m an HR and people-strategy consultant who works alongside owners and executive teams in the critical growth phase of their business— when growth has outpaced structure, and leaders want systems that make the business easier to run. This is often the stage where culture is still shapeable, expectations aren’t fully defined, and leaders feel the strain of scaling faster than their people-systems can keep up.

I help organizations bring structure to complexity by designing practical talent systems, clarifying roles, strengthening leadership capability, and aligning people-decisions with how the business actually operates. My work focuses on making HR a business asset—not a bottleneck—so leaders can spend less time putting out fires and more time building teams that perform, grow, and stay.

I’m also passionate about working with employees early in their careers and with younger generations who have the aptitude to grow into strong leaders—but need the opportunity, structure, and guidance to put untapped skills into practice.
